We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your Kami arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or issue a full refund—no questions asked.

For other concerns (fit, color, etc.), contact us at hello@bukuro.us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to find a solution.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original condition.

International orders cannot be returned for refund.
